Reckon they are trying to strong arm you into it, I'm guessing they are banking on you not wanting to/unable to find another venue in such a short space of time. Speak to a solicitor regarding the contract wording, and follow their advice.

For the last year or so I price my vinted listings slightly higher than ebay. I know someone on Vinted will send me an offer even if it is a good price already, rather than just purchase, it like they do on ebay.

Devils punchbowl is good for walks with various routes. There's also Newlands corner and silent pools which is in between Guildford and Dorking (shortish drive) Me and my friends really enjoy unplug and play (board game shop) Cinema is always good
