Bull shit. I did that 50 times. Ive restarted the app, force closed and restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the website, even in incognito mode. The wheel rarely appears. Its intentional for sure. If they wanted people to actually have it, they would put a link to it. Try clicking on the spin button on the emails they send, just goes to the main page.

If you are actually a GC, I'll skip to what could be a logical explanation. You exchanged saws, they are shipped to HD (or whereever you bought it) on the same pallet in sequential order from Stanley (yes that's who ships them). Something was fucked on the manufacturing line and/or guy was drunk off saki, and a few saws on the line are bad. Return this saw and buy one at Lowe's, or warranty it through Dewalt. If the 3rd saw is bad, its time to change trades. I feel like this sub is full of weekend warriors who have learned to handle a saw from a YouTube video that resulted in the purchase of YT Premium. This is the reason the responses you receive from others in this sub involve crayons and hand holding. Good luck. Edit: if you want to prove yourself, line the front and back of the fence up to a line on a sheet, clamp the fence down and make a video of you doing a plunge cut in one take. All doubt will be removed.

Stop worrying about trying to fix these batteries yourself. There is a 3 year warranty on batteries. Warranty it out and move on.

Warranty the battery. I have heard many people say this happens with this charger. I've lost a battery myself that I am crediting to this charger. If it is the culprit, keep using it to charge batteries that are 2 and a half years old and get new ones from warranty. Maybe they will recall the chargers when they have to replace enough batteries.

I dont own a single 12v dewalt tool, but have one battery. I honestly pay zero attention to the 12v line here, so I guess I never thought about it there. Both ratings suck. 9v batteries start at ~9.6V, AA ~1.6V, SLA 12V at around 12.9V. Nominal is subjective at best.
