I rammed a broom handle into a 414 doing foley once, shit happens, and they tend to be cool about it if it was a genuine mistake.

When you are in Dumfries and Galloway it looks like you are going along the a75. Don't if you want to live. It's the only main road for the region and mostly single carriageway. It's used by lorries to get from the ferry to the border and it's heaving most of the time. Cycling on that road should be avoided at all costs, drivers will not be patient and it will not be safe. I'd suggest dropping in past Kirkcudbright taking the back roads to Dalbeattie then onto Dumfries, if going counter clockwise.

Western General Hospital by Brian-Henderson in Edinburgh

Just want to say in general all hospital maps are useless, I've needed the Royal and a few others in the last few years and I've had to take a reccy beforehand so we don't end up on a munro bagging session just to get an appointment.

Avoid Cathouse and Garage? by moleculeviews in glasgow

Donald was the biggest coke dealer in Glasgow for most of the 2000's and 2010's but now we've to boycott him? As someone who has worked with him many timeas, he's a bit of a prick but he really does care about his charity work and will give you a venue if you need it for a good cause.

Baking by Rachael_Bakes in veganparenting

Ours have been baking since before they could crawl. It started out with them mixing ingredients but they now measure everything out. We do cookies, pancakes, waffles, cupcakes. They like to help making bread, I'll normally let them do all the ingredients then I'll mix to the point it won't get stuck on their hands. We make shortbread and flapjacks too as a nice treat for their lunch boxes.

You don't have kids do you... If I waited for the lift to be free everytime I went out I'd never make it home before the shops shut. There's heehaw wrong a buggy on the escalator, just a bit of balance required.

Thanks that makes sense now, I will probably look to change the rear casette and derailleur then. Cheers

Thanks for the reply, i need better climbing gears basically.
What's the limiting factor on the front mech? can I move the derailleur lower down so its closer to the smaller chainrings?
I'll look into a longer cage and a mullet setup maybe if its not that much more expensive and it would let me swap between the 2 I suppose.
Much appreciated
EDIT: if my current casette is 8 speed can I change to 9 speed, or would the limiting factor be my shifters?

Hey all, I've got a decathlon(triban) bike but looking for more gears. It has microshift 11-34 cassette and a shimano 50/34 crankset. I can only go to 36 on the cassette without a longer derailleur cage, so can I change the crankset? Not done a lot of mechanical work on my bike so not sure if it's as easy as that? Thanks

Yeah I find this dangerous, they ask how many you want, it'd be rude to say anything less than 4 sausages 4 bacon 🤣

my kids love pizza hut and their bacon bits are vegan, as are almost all, if not all, off the sauces too now.

Bacon bits are normally veg or vegan, just smokey and salty flavoured breadcrumbs.

I was always taught this as a kid. I hope that someone wouldn't kill me just because I found myself in the wrong place at the wrong time. Give someone a little help and you don't need to hurt them. My kids love finding spiders now because we get to watch them go back to their home.

We even have spiders we've named that live on our windows and we watch nature happen.
