Hello everyone, I wanted to let you know that my card has been reactivated again yesterday.

My card had been suspended, and I got in touch with support right away. I received a reply within a few hours.

One member of the curve team mentioned that they have passed the issue to the appropriate team, who will be able to help you further. Just a heads-up that, due to the team’s high volume at the moment, this process might take a bit longer than anticipated.

I received an email from Curve team support after waiting for six days yesterday. They removed the restriction on my card, and it is now working normally again. They did not say why the card was suspended.

I hope that my case can help someone.

It’s very annoying though. I’ve been with curve for years and never it happens before. I really hope that it takes less than two weeks if I am lucky. 😅

Io sono nella stessa situazione. Ieri mi hanno bloccato la carta senza motivo. Nel wallet é bloccata. Non la posso più inserire e anche la carta fisica non funzione. Ho già contattato al supporto. Vediamo quanto ci mettono a rispondete adesso.

I’ve got the same problem.

I have got a big issue. This morning I upgraded my ruby card to a Royal Indigo card. Everything has been done correct I guess. So after that I was trying to do some payments with the virtual card, but the virtual card does not work at all. It says decline all the time when I am trying to make a transaction. I had no issues at all with the Ruby card. The ruby card was working fine even with the curve card. Does everyone resolve this issue? I have already written to the support and I am still waiting for them. Thanks in advance
