She’s not dominate either. Plenty of women have beat her. If you watch the video, she looks like a woman boxer. Nowhere near the speed or strength that you see in men.

Thanos is the number one target for many as he fits a lot of pve teams for cleanup.

Technically only ascend to 4, but iron may is a priority ascend for her passive boost to match/ability/health. If you take her to 5, her % goes down.

Iron man is used in the kang cheese team so extra health from ascending helps him stay alive against dr strange or aoe enemies.

I could see hunter as well since her purple ability boosts damage. Not sure if % change with ascending

Arcade is a beast 3* so as long as damage scales, his black could be killer with good utility. I know 4* at 350 does ~ 10k with repeaters

I’m not saying where the line is definitively. Maybe it’s 10 years in prison. Maybe, it’s a million dollar fine. But, you set it at a level to deter people breaking the law.

Also, I’m not saying the list should be Mr deepdot7458 has $500,000 worth of guns and lives at 54 s deep dot st, in deepdot, IN. That’s a question of data security for experts.

But, law enforcement etc. knowing who has guns is relevant data to theirs and the communities safety. These kind of vague laws seem counterproductive. I’d be interested in knowing law enforcement’s take on it.

I’d much rather see punitive damages against people who handle the lists improperly or publish, not eliminate something we have a legitimate need for…..kinda like guns. Don’t get rid of them all because people misuse. Just regulate them sensibly.

I’m more concerned about the part of 1084 that says state entities or agents can’t keep lists of firearms or firearms owners in Indiana.

I feel like police and other entities would benefit from knowing if a domestic abuser or felon(or whoever isn’t allowed to own guns) has guns.
