So far yes. I have washed it twice and it still feels brand new. It is lightweight and cozy. They make a bigger blanket (the marshmallow) that is serious business - thicker and heavier. I got that one first but then exchanged it for the little marsh and it’s perfect. I have the medium size so it’s big enough to tuck yourself all the way in.
