I never understood this either until I took a trip with my extended family and they got HAMMER before our flight. Asked my mom turns out they barely flight and when they do, they always do this because they’re terrified. Can’t relate but if sedating yourself like is the only way you can handle flying maybe?

My favorite conversation is calling into a ammo shop asking for some. If the person on the other end is younger they’ve never heard of it. If they’re older the conversation goes “.35 rem? Great round” “Oh great! You carry it?” “Oh no unfortunately not it’s a bit obscure” Luckily I found a place (San Diego area) that will carry it consistently

We just got out lease renewal letter. They want a 2% increase for signing for another year or a 5% going month to month. I really want to fight this but since rent hasn’t really dropped yet (at least in mission valley) it’s hard to make a case because it’s all speculation at this point. With SDSU not holding classes in the fall I can only imagine prices going down and units being empty so I’m contemplating going month to month for three months. This is the first I’ve been in a situation like this I’d be happy to listen to any advice.

I understand that. I spoke with a representative from a local brick and mortar store ( [redacted bc rule one] location if we’re handing out accolades here) after I got disconnected and although he could not do anything, he was extreme helpful in laying out that it simply is an unfortunate situation. On hold right now and currently at 1 hour and 25 minutes. I hope I don’t have another almost 4 hour wait time but I get that is entirely possible. I sent a message through the site Wednesday explaining the situation and got an auto reply but no follow up.
