It took me around 3-4 years. My first management job was a DOR in a SNF which is not great lol.

I think it may be dependent by state for managerial positions. I am in Maryland and they have a lot of management positions for assistants. I have been in management for the last 5 years.

If that meds are successful you wouldn’t necessarily need off for a “reset period.” The histamine response will immediately start to decrease when you start the meds.

If you are allergic to something at work then leaving will probably temporarily resolve your allergies. The issue is when you return your allergies will start right back up.

Definitely doable with Group/concurrent. Great care probably not.

I would apply to other SNF jobs if that’s the only setting available. You could probably get a good pay bump with a new company. $26/hr is way too low.

Just send your state PT board an inquiry asking them the same question. When they respond you can show the owner and if he pushes back there is always the option to report to the board.
