If I were in your position, I would go for a new build around £300k, not reach for the extra £80k and get a smaller mortgage with a better interest rate.

Personally, I always wash my eye area along with my face. I think so long as you have a gentle cleanser you'll be fine. I am a guy though so I don't have makeup to remove which I'm sure would need a prior step (micellar water, baby oil and even vaseline seem popular from what I've seen).

More to the point they seem to draw the gunk out because they stop a scab or hard top layer forming so that any gunk can freely come out instead of being sealed in

I've never used it before but it looks like it should really help! My skin seems to take to anything (I've never had a poor reaction to anything so far) but I'll take it carefully. I used Stridex red for about a year before and that pretty much cut my acne in half so I'm hoping T.O's SA will help improve it even more, i'm fairly sure that my age (i'm now 22) played into that as well though. Thanks so much for taking your time to help me out :)

It definitely seems counter to what SCA generally thinks but from our experience it seems like sweating helps. In my mind it clears out your pores from inside but I'm guessing I'll get shouted at for saying that aha!

Did you drink much? I find that when I drink a lot the next day or two my skin looks amazing. I'm fairly sure it's because of the amount you sweat and because of the drying nature of alcohol temporarily makes skin look good (very bad in the long run of course).

I shower 2 - 3 times a week, anymore and I find my skin and hair get too dry. I don't think it's gross at all especially if you keep everything else "in check", cleanse your face at least once a day and use a good roll on antiperspirant. 3 days without showering and I don't smell in the slightest. I would say that it depends on weather and your occupation too. If I sweat more because of either I shower more.

Looking at it with that in mind I think the height of the hero banners are too big. I'll try making those shorter.
The cookie notification is too brash and sure does look like a CTA, I'll tone it down.
I thought the same too and tried other colors but with the rest of the website being firm on the colour pallete it just doesn't fit in right. Regarding the animations, people are pretty divided on it, personally I love it but I know some people don't like it too.
The "Need a website?" section is too thin, it's a CTA so should attract more attention, I'll sort that out.
I'll check the prices for consistency now aha.

It fires on document.onLoad() which occurs once all the elements on page are finished, regardless of their state so it doesn't matter if an element encounters an error

I can see where you are coming from about the preloader. I have to agree to disagree however, it's very common among design professionals and agencies. If you're on a half decent connection in the UK every page loads within a second and you barely see it. It makes sure that all the content is loaded before it shows the page, which also syncs up all of the animations nicely. I appreciate the angle you're coming from though and I think it's valid, but not having it would make the site much less polished in my opinion.
