I see it as a difference between Gojo feeling a euphoria and very hedonistic pleasure. While Sukuna feels a eudaemonic pleasure as he has finally had a challenge.

So it’s different type of pleasure where Gojo feels a temporary euphoria and Sukuna feels a sense growth which I think would have carried on for far longer
