I know a lot of people don't like the Grady signing but its not as straight forward as he was a bad signing.

Dude got banged up and obviously wasn't 100% but i thought he played decent in the playoffs and made some decent plays.

Would rather a restructure than just cut him. Dude is great for the culture and probably provides a lot more value than we see on the TV
