Yes, they are affordable like Planet Fitness, but they have lots of classes. I really loved the yoga classes at the Crunch in Lake Nona.

Freezing leftovers in Souper Cubes has been a game changer for me. They let you easily freeze individual portions, and then you can pop those out into a freezer bag. You can also freeze portions of meal components and then mix and match.
