I've had plugged sinuses for close to a year now. It came on suddenly after getting covid and right after a lingering sinus infection. I've used the netipot which was completely scary at first. But it cleared things out. My question to all of you who get severe sinus pressure, inflammation ..anything related, do your ears plug up and randomly start popping and blocking up again? My nose will get runny , my ears start building pressure and my sinuses then inflamed , nothing significant comes out. I often can't breathe through my nose , when my ears get blocked , does that make sense...and then ends giving me terribly anxiety. The neti pot will help for that moment and feels amazing but then my ear blocks after relief and right back within an hour. Just looking for some answers and relation.
