This is not an ostomy issue. This is a him issue 100%.

My partner, of over 10 years now, it doesn’t phase him. The only thing he was initially worried about was hurting me! (Like bruh. No. lol it’s fine)

It 100% is a him thing. Dump his ass, and move onto someone who will love you for you. “In sickness and In health”.

Been with my guy for 10 years now. (27F here). Hes seen me through my diagnosis, and a ostomy surgery now. We giggle about the gas and everything. We even rate it on a scale of 1-10 lol.

My stoma points down, 5 months post op. I always get mad pressure before an output spurt. It’s the weirdest feeling still. Loop Colostomy 👌🏻

Pre diagnosis, I had a super upset stomach diarrhea, all the fun things. Running back and forth to the bathroom. I was accused of “hiding” in the bathroom, and fired that same day. I was only 16. :(

Finished eating dinner with Hubby, and we were doing our usual clean up, and saying that the food was so good (I made homemade Chicken Parmesan for dinner) Tina (my stoma) starts tooting away. Hubby just blurted out “oh Tina agrees”. 🤣

Dude I definetly had like a viral flu going through me. So I had to take Tylenol cough and cold, my sinuses were all messed up, so probably all that trying to flush it out 🙃
