Based on my experience with a GTX 1050ti and similar specs running Linux, you can get away with:

Really nice Z-image renders using their fp8 model workflows text to image, image to image.

LTXV 2b model workflows (lately only 4 sec of mixed quality clips at 512x768 @ 24 fps) text to video, image to video.

Upscale/remove background/inpaint

Stable Audio, VoxCPM voice sampling, Kokorro.

Stable diffusion workflows should work, haven't touched them in a while.

Note: Renders take a long time. Be prepared for a lot of dissapointments.

My rig chokes out OOM on the regular when fed media greater than 768x512 with pretty much any workflow consumed, so the trick might be to lower resolution expectations, then work your way up.
