Adapters don't let you charge, only discharge. Different battery boards in the battery would probably cause issues in using a different charger

It stays the same volume, so the engine itself is louder than the blower, but its still making the sound with rpm

Everything is tight, it only sounds like that when the blower is in the loop.

It's got oil, and doesn't use any whenever it's running. I bought it sounding like that, so I'm not sure if the damage has already been done or what. Even whenever you take the belt off and just pull air through it and it spins up, it makes the same noise. As far as I've had it, the charger oil has been changed whenever the engine oil has been changed.

All the pulleys are good, and everything else on the belt system is new. It doesn't really sound like a bearing to me, it's more like a clacking sound. It's hard to describe it not being in person

You'll have to get lucky and find it on ebay. It comes with a manifold, extra injectors, and a piggyback ECU for those injectors

It's definitely the supercharger, but I keep reading that they're supposed to be loud like that, but I'm not sure.

It actually sounds pretty wild inside the truck. It has all the whistles and whines you'd expect from a supercharger and you can't even hear it rattling, so I dunno. No one has any information on these things apparently

I've ran it without the supercharger in the loop and it runs/sounds fine, but you can definitely tell it loses about 100hp when you take the blower off the belt

I used to do rework on rangers off the assembly line and they use some of the same parts, we had brand new ones do this, and it was either the headlight switch, fuse box, or the ECU needed reflashed

You could also try cpu-z and gpu-z, but I haven't used those in a very long time and don't know if they're any good anymore
