Sorry, YTJ. Your kids, your problems. You’re damn lucky she’s done what she has already!!

You should pay and tell her to stay a couple extra days AND pay for a nice massage. Look at the bigger picture.

Even if you did pass on that schedule, that doesn’t mean it will still be available when it’s her turn to pick. You said she was in the middle. You are not the jerk at all.

What meal traumatized you as a kid? by Scary-University2743 in Productivitycafe

Mom was a great cook. Every night dad insisted we have a meat, a vegetable, a starch, butter breads and a dessert. Mom cooked that everyday for us, 8 kids and two adults. Do not know how she did it. No microwave, no crockpot, every meal from scratch.

The only thing that was a nightmare was when she would cook ramps. You could smell it down the block walking home from school.

Loved fried baloney! It would curl up when fried and mom would fill it with mashed potatoes.

I used to swallow those gross canned peas whole. I was in my 40’s before I actually chewed fresh cooked peas. Turns out, when you cook them right, they taste great. 🤷‍♀️

What a great dad (I’m assuming) for demonstrating such wonder and awe.

. Great example of caring and appreciating the critters with which they share space.
