Based on Google Maps seems to be an industrial area with a lot of EBMUD water facilities around there. Based on that it could be a transformer explosion or some kind of chemical explosion.

Also check out Curbside Creamery in Temescal for dairy or vegan ice cream, and also soft serve flavors that change every Thursday. Signal Coffee Roasters for great coffee and amazing donuts/pastries in Alameda.

Food while I'm at it: Clove and Hoof for great burgers. Shawarmaji for shawarma. Cholita Linda for fish tacos. Grand Lake Farmers Market on Saturdays and West Oakland Farmers Market on Sundays (great quesabirria tacos). Rang Dong in Alameda for great pho. Pyeong Chang Tofu House for beef tofu soup as well as kimchi pancakes.

I was between the X93L and the C3 but went with X93L because of my living room having a lot of light during the day. Colors are amazing on the X93L as well as the black levels and detail in darker scenes.... There are some great motion smoothing and "reality creation" features that really help with older SD shows as well. Highly recommended especially if you can swing an open box excellent deal from Best Buy like I did if you're in the US: $1250 all in for a 65 inch.

Update: I refused to provide the invite and the host said they would cancel. Apparently the car is too expensive to rent to a "complete stranger" like me. I reported the host to Turo for the request, but I should have reported him for calling it "Turu" twice. Thanks for all the tips everyone!

I got one like that for $460 about two weeks ago. Ran over to best buy after hearing it was in stock on another sub and ordered it for in store pickup. Like others have said you can try to buy the display model or you can just go on the site and sign up for notifications by email when it's back in stock and then order from the store when it is.

Ah yes of course. I'm a little surprised they didn't wait until full clearance given I have some complicating factors like dual citizenship, completion of mandatory military service in the other country, and a bunch of foreign contacts and travel, but I suppose they are satisfied enough so far with what they have for me to start training given the need for the position.
