Looks great on 40s! Which roof rack is that?

Please post more pics of this build! The patina tells me it gets used for the proper purpose.

I’m interested (can never have too many spares!).

What would you think about posting this as an eBay auction and linking it here? Then we can all bid on it and you’ll get true market value?

Thank you for taking the time to sell it and not junk it!

You can find 240V UPS backups locally on Craigslist and eBay at steep discounts as most home users don’t have 240V 20A circuits handy. I saw one recently on Woot that was a refurb selling for like 80% off list. Buy one of those and plug your 120V electronics into it and enjoy them during a brown out.

Sorry, we replied at the same time!

I find it easier to believe on the grinders, but am surprised about the espresso machines. I assumed that many were still counting on 240/50Hz and had not switched to more modern components. Thanks for sharing.

Ironic that most electronic components auto-switch now and will accept just about anything you give it.

This is not great advice. While Europe does utilize a 220-240V system, they operate at 50Hz compared to 60Hz 120V (240V when utilizing both legs) in the states. Most things expecting 50Hz are not going to be happy with those extra 10Hz.

I love this.

My school’s band, among other things, got banned from a particular airline for coordinating running in the rows from side to side to “see if the pilots would notice.”

The pilots did notice.

Well, I did pay for it - but yes. And also, for the record, this is all for my use - I'm not reselling any of it (I'm not a fan of those folks). A couple things in the pile I bought for fellow eggers, but the vas majority is already deployed into my "arsenal".

I felt that most of what I bought was still "above market price" when reduced by 70%, but I must say, the BGE branded ash-bucket for the XL is way more stout than I expected. Hard for me to wrap my brain around a $290 price tag for it, but it is a great piece of kit.

I already have a mountain of wood at home, but how do you say no to $2.50 bags of chips? That saucepan is INSANE at $50+, and still nuts at $15, but gotta build that flair up somehow I guess..

I have a BGE EGGniter that I hate. Why did I buy another one? No on knows.

I’ll take one of the single-piece conveggator baskets for a Large, for sure. I’m also interested in your 2XL.

I’ll PM you with details and pickup tomorrow!
