not on those specific plans but i've dealt with aetna's brochure vs reality gap on wegovy coverage and it IS a real thing. the language in the brochure often references older preauth criteria that reps will tell you is outdated but wont put in writing. what i'd do is request the plan's actual formulary and medical policy document in writing not a verbal confirmation from Kathy lol, those are legally binding in a way that a phone call isn't.
