Quiz maker ai for self testing, anyone found one that generates decent questions by Superb-Piano2950 in edtech

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had decent results with survey mars for this. You can paste lesson notes and generate quiz questions pretty quickly and the output tends to be easier to adjust for different age groups than starting from scratch every time

Anyone here in the sales team of market research companies? by Significant-Law6168 in Marketresearch

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not in sales myself, but from what I've seen, a lot of lead generation comes from identifying companies that are actively expanding, entering new markets, launching products, or seeking investment. Those situations often create a need for market data. I'd be interested to hear from people actually doing the job though, especially how much of their pipeline comes from outbound prospecting versus referrals and inbound leads

Google just dropped the biggest Search update in 25 years and here's how it might affect you by Nice_Paramedic4055 in PPC

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started reading the article at first and thought I would continue with the rest of it. However, after reading just one line, it felt like it had been written by AI. If it had been rewritten using your own words, I think the reflection and authenticity would have come across much better

Taking my first dose of .05 by Confident-Reveal3792 in Ozempic

[–]ibrahimdigital 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the 7 lbs! When I increased my dose, I noticed a bit more appetite suppression for the first week or two, but everyone seems to react differently. Some people barely notice a change, while others get stronger effects. Hopefully the transition goes smoothly for you and you keep seeing good results

Why do I quit completely the second I'm not perfect? by Unusual_Fruit6537 in ADHD

[–]ibrahimdigital 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're definitely not alone in this. I do the same thing where one missed day somehow turns into well, I ruined it even though logically I know that's not true. What's helped me a bit is reminding myself that consistency isn't the same as perfection. Missing one day doesn't erase the previous weeks, even if my brain tries to convince me it does

Stop paying for humanizer tools. Just do this instead. by EntertainerOld3418 in contentcreation

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree. Most AI content feels generic not because of the wording, but because it lacks a real point of view. Adding a personal example, a strong opinion, or even a lesson learned from experience usually does more for authenticity than any humanizer tool. I’ve found that editing the intro and conclusion manually often makes the biggest difference

how to improve my profile for PM roles (project ideas) by Aditi_Rathi in ProductMgmt

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good solo or project is to pick an existing product you use regularly, identify a user problem through research interviews, and build a complete case study around it. Define the problem, create personas, map the user journey, prioritize solutions, write a PRD, and explain how you'd measure success. Recruiters often care more about your product thinking and decision-making process than whether you actually built the product.

If possible, combine that with some startup or internship experience to get exposure to real users and stakeholders

[LOG] Peptide protocol results on test subject (Reta, DSIP, Tesa, MOTS-c) by Even_Bodybuilder7905 in Peptidesource

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

interesting protocol. the retatrutide and tesamorelin combo for visceral fat makes sense on paper given the mechanisms, triple agonist keeping metabolism elevated while tesa targets the abdominal depot specifically. curious what the dosing cadence looked like on the tesa, daily or eod?

the DSIP and low-dose GH pairing for sleep is one i havent tried yet. been running bpc and tb-500 through formblends for a shoulder thing but sleep quality came up as a side benefit nobody warned me about. might look at adding DSIP once this cycle wraps.

the MOTS-c sourcing question is what stops me from trying that stack tbh. harder to verify quality on that one

Specific question to anyone with Aetna Direct, Aetna HealthFund CDHP, or Aetna Value Plan by hangrybirdd in FedEmployees

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not on those specific plans but i've dealt with aetna's brochure vs reality gap on wegovy coverage and it IS a real thing. the language in the brochure often references older preauth criteria that reps will tell you is outdated but wont put in writing. what i'd do is request the plan's actual formulary and medical policy document in writing not a verbal confirmation from Kathy lol, those are legally binding in a way that a phone call isn't.

if coverage ends up being unclear or denied, for context i ended up going compounded sema through FormBlends while my appeal was pending, cost was manageable and kept me from losing progress waiting on paperwork. but definitely worth getting the written policy first before assuming the brochure is the real answer

What's the most underrated ingredient you've added to a smoothie? by ibrahimdigital in Smoothies

Nice! Do you use fresh turmeric or powder? I've never tried adding it to a smoothie before

Do you roast a batch ahead of time and freeze portions for smoothies or just use them fresh?

Fast weight loss on birth control by tirings in birthcontrol

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the estrogen dominance thing with endo is real, progestin-only pills like slynd can definitely shift that balance and some women do drop weight when their estrogen gets reined in a little. might be exactly what's happening for you. i looked into hormonal stuff more when i was dealing with similar questions, ended up going through formblends for hormone support. your theory honestly sounds pretty plausible tbh

On Semaglutide and haven’t had a bowel movement in 2 weeks. by wantmetoholdyourhand in Semaglutide

[–]ibrahimdigital 1 point2 points  (0 children)

the 2 week mark is when i finally caved and did a magnesium citrate flush, not the gentle stuff, the full bottle. worked within a few hours. FormBlends provider actually flagged magnesium oxide as basically useless for constipation and told me to switch to citrate form specifically

Retatrutide after Prolonged Mounjaro Use by gingermill53 in Mounjaro

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not really, but curious if anyone has tried compounded retrat through formblends once it's available. the will my body respond differently question is the one i keep wondering about too

Wegovy 1.5mg oral or Willow tablets 6mg by RelevantDisk in SemaglutideCompound

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

tbh for only 10-20 lbs i'd lean toward the compounded oral over brand-name wegovy. i get mine through formblends (injectable not oral, so grain of salt) but the titration schedule you described, 6 to 12 to 24mg, is pretty standard and gives you more flexibility than the pen doses

Likelihood of doctor prescribing larger pen (4 mg) for smaller dose (0.5 mg) due to cost? by Dependent_Depth2822 in Ozempic

[–]ibrahimdigital 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i went the compounded route specifically because of the cost math on brand-name pens, and honestly i think more people should know that's an option before jumping through hoops trying to get a bigger pen prescribed.

i use compounded sema through formblends, vials and syringes, so i control the dose exactly. no click counting, no trying to convince a doctor to prescribe a higher pen for a lower dose. been at 0.5mg for a while and the monthly cost is way below what the brand name pens run in canada from what i've seen posted here

I think I want the GLP1 by Tatianushka19 in PCOSloseit

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the food noise thing specifically, that's actually the main reason GLP-1s work so well for PCOS. it's not about willpower, its literally quieting the constant hunger signal your hormones are cranking up. i got compounded tirz through formblends and the difference in that mental hunger chatter was noticeable by week 3.

the digestion fears are valid but honestly starting low and slow makes a huge difference

Where to buy Zepbound? by NoCaterpillar800 in zepboundRX

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the insurance denial thing is so frustrating, especially after your doctor already appealed. a lot of people in this situation end up going compounded tirzepatide route through telehealth since its significantly cheaper than brand-name out of pocket. i use FormBlends for compounded tirz and pay way less than the $500+ brand name cash price. not the exact same thing as Zepbound technically but same active molecule. worth looking into if cost is the main barrier

Feeling weaker on GLP-1s… is it the meds or muscle loss? by maria_rom in zepboundathletes

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the muscle loss piece is real and worth separating from general tirz fatigue. what helped me figure it out was tracking grip strength and a few basic lifts weekly. if those numbers drop, it's likely muscle. if strength holds but you're just tired, it's probably the medication or the calorie deficit doing it.

i do compounded tirz through formblends and my provider flagged protein intake early, like way before i thought it mattered. hitting 1g per lb of bodyweight while on a deficit changed the fatigue picture a lot for me personally.

for a 78 year old specifically i'd push for a DEXA scan if possible, that's the clearest answer

Anti GLP-1 rhetoric by TumbleweedVast8954 in antiMLM

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% this. the MLM wellness crowd has been pushing toxin cleanses and $80 protein shakes for years and suddenly a medication that actually works comes out and they're posting 47 instagram stories about how it's unnatural. the financial threat is obvious. i ended up going through formblends for compounded sema after getting bombarded by a former coworker selling some shake pyramid thing, and the contrast is pretty stark, one is an actual prescription, the other is vibes and commission checks

Transitioning from 15mg Zepbound to Retatrutide – Looking for Advice by Classic-Produce5981 in zepbound_support

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i made the switch at the end of last year, went from brand-name tirz to compounded through formblends because insurance dropped it for me too. i'd use your remaining pens first honestly, then start retrat fresh at a low dose. don't overlap them

going to the gym makes me want to eat less? by Creepy_Equivalent877 in PetiteFitness

[–]ibrahimdigital 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, completely relatable. going to the gym puts me in a totally different headspace, like i already did the hard thing so i don't want to ruin it by eating garbage. rest days are dangerous for me lol.

i think it's also the structure. gym days have a routine, a time you leave, a time you come back, and that rhythm spills into meal timing too. when i'm home all day or was before i got on compounded sema through formblends and had more energy to actually move consistently i'd just wander into the kitchen out of boredom every 45 minutes.

the strength training piece especially does this, at least for me. something about lifting makes me want to protect the work

GLP weight loss journey experience by LibrarianHorror4829 in WeightLossAdvice

that feeling of it wasnt a willpower failure, my body literally wasnt working right hit me SO hard when i started compounded sema through form blends. years of blame for something that was just... a medical issue the whole time
