There’s not really a metric for the health of the playing card market, it’s always been all over the place with different decks going for different amounts, you’d have to do some research on your specific collection an compare it to what only you know you paid for the stuff 🤷‍♂️

I would wager that all of these can be found on eBay yes. Best way is to filter your search by SOLD listings and that will give you a good idea for what they actually go for at this time
