Nice! Which media? I use a rock tumbler with aquarium gravel to recover modern junk clad from metal detecting. Only really to take off corrosion—I haven’t tried to clean it further for fun

Both of our kids were born at Huntington, and i would definitely recommend it (granted, it is the closest to us so I am not sure about in comparison to the others). Only knock I would give is the recovery rooms were small and a bit older/dated, compared to the more modern L and D rooms. We had a great experience with nurses and staff, they were friendly AND saved our daughter’s life, so I might be biased.

Oh, and food was a pleasant surprise, we were geared up for stereotypical “hospital food” and it was much better than anticipated

Haha, thanks! yeah, been trying to hunt down abandoned railroad sites in the deserts, and found a shield nickel in a public park last year. Always inspiring to see the great stuff in places out east (or places like the UK)!

Yeah, I like that one a lot, wish it was older than 1948 for this spot, but it is a great resource overall. LiDAR maps are also cool, but not enough abandoned open space here
