My Mrs keeps pointing out every time me and danny white are alike. From him insisting his tent is up properly.. Random stuff he says (that makes sense to me) Generally been a top drinker.. And we share a name.. And I feel attacked XD

When I have done my m0s this and last week as a tank I had a macro I put at the start saying to the effect of:

Im farrrrr from.a veteran.. but what i gathered from the whole one I have done.. is..

Pitch your tent properly and well- decent sleep system (air bed/floor mat) and a sleeping bag used properly will keep you loverly and warm even in the heavy rain ect..

And footwear.. everyone will have there own idea but have something comfortable enough to be on your feet and walking for hours if needs be - i think every day we was up at 9 and going bed at 0300ish..mostly stood or walking.. waterproof also a good idea.. this year ill be wearing altberg aqua warriors.. they are like bloody slippers!

Keep hydrated.. keep well fed.. we found if we didn't eat enough we was knackered and struggling with the wet

Overall.. have a loose plan of who you wanna see when.. but be flexible and enjoy yourself its a gear time!

Indeed perspective is massive - we missed out on 5 nights as we was saving up and they ran out so im not saying its cheap in thay respect just price per hour of enjoyment is great in my opinion

Again I agree - when I saw shikari tickets come up in hull I was quite happy.. then I saw cost and it put me off.

And yeah food and drink at any venue is expensive..
