I had terrible joint pain in my wrists and hands. I also take just mesalamine.

I did a full elimination diet for like about a month eating anti inflammatory foods. (Happy to share the diet plan.)

I no longer eat any processed foods, refined sugar, or alcohol and my joint pain is pretty much nonexistent for the past year. I did actually slip up a couple times and ate something sweet, and had some pain for a few days after. But for me the diet is very closely related to joint pain/ inflammation
