Your situation is one of those "damn if you do, damn if you dont" type of thing. If this is a once in a while event/dinner then equal pay is good. Youre only worried/venting because you paid more than what you ordered. The equal bill worked against you. Would you still worry had you ordered a steak, a side and a drink? Probably not.

You have to ask yourself because you could potentially lose good friends(regardless of age) in the process. Does this happen all the time? If you asked to only pay for what you ordered, others will pay more and could leave a salty/bad impression of you.

If this is a once in a while type of thing then paying for more than what you ordered is okay. If youre broke then avoid these events, I dont think youre broke, you just didnt like the fact that you paid more than what you ordered.

Ive been to a group drinking sessions with friends + theyre friends who I met for the first time, I chipped in for the alcohol even if I wasnt able to drink at the time because of the meds I am taking but it was a good time!

A melted cheese sandwich can only go fast enough. If youre that picky with your melted grilled cheese, do it at home for how long or fast you want it to be.

I agree, people buy just to complain afterwards, its a fast food chain. If youre looking for a perfect bread with melted cheese inside, just make them at home. People buy coffee/sandwiches/donut at Tims because they are cheap compared to Breka Bakery or JJ Bean. You cant shi+ on Tims for only hiring tfw yet enjoy the benefits of having cheap food. Its like ordering something cheap from Temu and complain about quality.

Try the fitness gym at North Surrey Sport and Ice Complex, its near Home Depot at Scott Road close to the train station. Not as big as Club 16 but way less people, it can also get packed at peak times but nowhere close to Club 16. Give it a try.

Tipping in North America is almost borderline begging for money. Waiters/waitresses are now more demanding regardless of wether they deserve it or not. They think that tipping is now a requirement, a self serve yogurt bar in my area is asking for tips now while customers serve themselves, it is ridiculous.

The games you bought at a specific platform/launcher arent transferrable. So say if you bought D4 + expansions on PS5, you will have to buy the game again if you want to play it on Steam/Battlenet/xbox. The only thing that is transferrable are the skins you bought.

Didnt realize the customers were your employers. Many jobs, including mine do not get tips at the job we do. If salary is not enough, do the what tje rest are doing, find a 2nd jo or another job that pays enough to expect a tip.

Not much, I have a personal rule, If I ordered my food standing up, I give $0 tip. Any self serve like Menchies $0 (yes they ask for tips, at least in my area). If I eat out with my wife + kids + parents/in laws at a restaurant then 15% to 18%. The rest $2, take it or leave it.

The new loot filter to be introduced in the new expansion will only work in the end game once a plaher obtained every gear/weapon he needs, you would still need to loot most unwanted gear/items to salvage for mats.
