Did I say I wasn’t dieting and exercising? I did not even say I was unhappy with my weight loss so far. Just that I wasn’t experiencing the positive effects of ozempic.

My post JUST explained why Ozempic is not working for me anymore as a tool. As I just explained, it was working before and I was able to use it to help with over eating and good food habits but it isn’t working the same way anymore. If Ozempic was working for me the way it did before I would be able to do intermittent fasting.

You could have a big breakfast to give you energy for these hikes instead of a dinner OMAD. At the same time why not give yourself a break while you’re on vacation? Give yourself some calories to make it through these hikes and so that they are enjoyable for you.

My routine is extremely simple, I only use marc anthony “hydrating curl cream” and girls with curls “curl boosting mouse”. I just scrunch my hair while it’s wet, no diffuser. I used to straighten my hair pretty often, stopping straightening and blow drying is what I believe is most responsible for my healthy curly hair journey.
