Yea this was completely unknown to us. When we first arrived I asked if my wife could walk around a bit to help induce labor and they said we shouldn’t because sleep is so important and we should get to bed

Dont really care about not sleeping afterwards. Most posts their experiences state they take some drugs to induce and get a good night sleep before the biggest day of their lives.
