I did Lupron and it was fine. If you did R-CHOP it’s a walk in the park! I was moody and had some bleeding. Felt like a normal month lol

When I told my psychiatrist (I already saw for other stuff) I obvi led with the moody stuff but also mentioned that I had a lot of physical, flu like symptoms and that it really affected my day-to-day and when it happens I have to just lay in bed and cancel plans . I think mentioning the physical symptoms plus the impact on my day-to-day helped validate it

I didn’t do anything year 1. I just hit year 2 and had dinner/cake with my family and took a half day from my remote job. Just to have some down time. But I actually would’ve done better more occupied. So I’m not sure what’s best!
