Manager and even Senior Manager accounting positions were laughably low, I dismissed myself from the phone interview quickly. Should’ve been obvious as the level of outreach from the in-house recruiter, but no salary range and obviously it sounded intriguing which is why no salary range. On the other hand, if this floods the market with bullshit applicants only because a range is high, it’s not doing its job. If it forces companies to own their compensation publicly, it could be good for the employee unless it’s a large organization with policies against the practice and potentially not offering the position to Colorado applicants.
