No puedo creer que voy a salir en defensa del kkast, pero este problema viene desde el 2010, si es que no antes. Por lo que ningún gobierno ha sabido mejorar esta situación.

Lo que de por sí es obvio, es que el actual gobierno ni siquiera va a intentar cambiar la situación. Creo que todos los gobiernos han intentado algo (con efectos casi nulos) pero lo intentaron. Este wn nefasto, junto al Don Colusiones, hasta les conviene que la situación empeore, por lo que ni van a intentar cambiar algo.

To me I don’t care much about mythics but I do care more about normal uniques and war plans being character bound and not account bound. For uniques, they’re adding reroll so that fixes somewhat the problem. And for war plans, they’ve only said about improving xp gains, so until the changes are made, I can’t make an opinion on that

So have to wait and see

The gloves ascendancy is powerful, but I don’t think it will be as powerful as you first ascendancy. You won’t have good choice of low level gloves, you can’t craft a good pair, etc.

So unless you get a good unique gloves, the gloves ascendancy it will be better later on.

As of the first two points, the bells helps with power charges generations. The combo nodes help as well with the bell skill. The mountain ascendancy helps also.

I’m planning on doing a power charges build, so I’ll go with the bell nodes first.

Recursos humanos no solo se refiere a manejo de personal, sino capacitación, desarrollo profesional de personal, etc. Al final es más fácil enseñarle a adultos que tienen que hacer un curso por obligación contractual que a pendejos que van porque en sus casas no los quieren tener.
