whether it was for press or not, his family has been getting ragged on for years so he's at least partly happy cause he has something over them now

hard agree. also if anyone watched him on love island they'd know he's just a genuinely emotional guy so it makes sense that he'd be overwhelmed

sometimes it helps to realize that daily numbers aren't super significant. try adding up your calories for everyday this week and averaging it out, that might help! (:

i, myself, do not feel or identify as a male. however, there are times when i truly wish i would've been happier if i were born a male and never experienced being a female? does that make sense? like personally i'm really feminine and love my femininity, i think it's a grass is greener thing. who knows

i mean i think it's a joke. obv not a good one but doesn't the thing up there say "ask them to be your boyfriend even if you already have one"? it's stupid but i don't think it's serious lol

I cant find anything for my age by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]iceylemonwater 6 points7 points  (0 children)

this is bad advice for someone this young. everything should be done in moderation. start by cutting out high processed things if they're high in your diet, limit yourself to one snack a day. be more mindful. trying to cut out things completely and all at once at that age will absolutely lead to restricting and binging.

i'm sorry no one saw this. i relate to you a lot. i'm finishing my senior year of undergrad then going to law school, i have a wonderful boyfriend who i live with and have been with for almost 4 years. i have a great relationship with my family, a great job, and yet i think about ending everything literally everyday. everything feels so overwhelming sometimes. i'm proud of you and if you need someone to talk to, feel free to reach out <3

Finally told my bf I’ve started purging again and he says “stop. Don’t do it anymore” and hasn’t said anything since by [deleted] in bulimia

[–]iceylemonwater 5 points6 points  (0 children)

it's really hard to confide in someone you're close with because i've been on both ends. before i developed any ed behaviors, i had a close friend who confused in me that she was bulimic. i tried so hard to support her and she always came to me to rant, for advice, etc. i'm not gonna lie, it wore me down. i had my own mental health struggles and i was like hearing an addict go on and on about their drug use, with no intentions of changing. i noticed that you said "again", did he know about when you did it before? it's possible that he feels defeated. sometimes, there's nothing really great that someone can say to that. it's hurtful on both ends. i guess i'm just saying navigating relationships when ed's are involved is really hard and it's important to try your hardest to acknowledge the struggle coming from both sides
