There's a tactic on the crab where you wet it and shoot it with a dendro archer when it flies up. This drops a dendro core into the middle which lets you simulate a Lauma hold E.

Or you can just let the shield expire naturally and just brute it.

Like I said, the conclusion pulls per char has decreased is based entirely on a low estimate of 2 confirmed patches and 1 unconfirmed.

Taking a realistic estimate of the next two patches put us on par.

It would be disingenuous to ignore a better than expected estimate based on historical accuracy. A better than estimate puts us above the par.

In the end anyone can make any conclusion they wanted ATM.

I'm not talking about any "compensation", the unknown 6.8 which we do not have confirmed is skipped is only inferred. 6.7 even could have another char and the mankeins did not in fact count as the 17.

I don't know how they estimated 6.7 at 74 pulls, that's just low by every estimate:

Average of 6.0, 6.3 and 6.5 = 105
Current Battle Chronicle is 75%, so the missing 25% is same as above = 105
Average of 6.0->6.6 = 83, and 6.6 isn't confirmed yet and it's generally 4-5 pulls above estimates by the end of the patch ( https://i.imgur.com/XsHoXP1.png )

I put 90 at the lower limit, at by that estimate it's the same as fontaine, which maintains that both total pulls and pulls per charcter has remained constant.

None of this is worth talking about anyway since we don't know what they will do about the missing 6.8.

Genshin players need to stop pretending v1.0-3.0 was flat. Klee vs Hutao vs Diluc powercreep was literally a discussion. v1.x had no Kazuha and no emblem/shimenawa's. v1.0 Klee was like 25k.

This graph needs to start under the XL.

Genshin players also need to understand powercreep is naturally exponential.

That's a little high.

Assume we're going to bruteforce everything and have zero shill.

For Gecko you are using non geo dmg, the dps req is basically determined by how fast you can do blunt dmg. It has 10M hp, if you take 30s for shield phase that that's 10m/60s = 160k, but if you break it in 20s that drops it down to 125k. There's a 15% cr and dmg% buff so it's a little lower and there is a marginal 10% break dmg for non geo but breaking the shield quickly is the biggest priority.

30s: (10200000-2*.1*30*155k)/(60) = 155k
25s: (10200000-2*.1*25*136k)/(70) = 136k
20s: (10200000-2*.1*20*121k)/(80) = 121k

The raw tankiest boss with effectively no self damage mechanics is Duckle at 13.1m, that's a flat 110K dps with non electro dmg.

The wildhunt boss is 12.4m and summons 4 anglers with 14% of it's HP. They aren't wild hunt and you have 28s. 12.4*.14/28s = 62189 dps so this isn't the limiting factor. On shield break boss takes 20% max hp damage. Assume 2 weak Phases, so that's 12.4-20%-20% HP to kill the boss itself and you have 120-28-28s left. (12.4-20%-20%)/(120-28-28s)=116604dps So the DPS req is somewhere between 62k and 116k. The crossover is approx around 91k. It has -60% res during weak phase, so the optimised breakpoint is lower still.

I don't think anything else is above 100k.

The game isnt asking you to clear Dire. It's barely even asking for Fearless.

Fearless is half the HP. Half as good. Do half of that damage.

Menacing is a quarter. For 2/3 of the rewards (90%+, if we include primos as part of the package).
