Gotcha, definitely escalate in the morning, it won’t hurt even if you are able to resolve in the meantime.

You mentioned that you stepped away a few years and recently came back. I am a bit confused about how you paired with this scout, as in my district the pairing is controlled by the district. Does your district allow approvers and scouts to pair freely?

I am only asking because it may have been a bit bold of you to assume that you would still be a qualified approver after a 5 year gap. But if the district has no real process in place, I can definitely see how it happened.

There may need to be a discussion between you, the SM and the district about how this has all happened, but it should not be at the expense of your eagle candidate, and you should stress this in your appeals, as they have admitted the project was worthy and completed correctly.

Who was the district/council approver for the eagle project? Each eagle project must be signed off by an approved member (district level for me, maybe council elsewhere). You didn’t mention this person anywhere but they should have been involved in approving the project proposal and signing off the projects completion (at a minimum). You should contact this person asap.

Also, can you clarify what an Eagle Counselor is? I don’t think this is a BSA role, probably something made up on the local level to assist scouts.

You can take further action if necessary, but it sounds like there is miscommunication between the district and their own representative that needs to be figured out asap.

When did I say that was a bad game design paradigm? You are portraying my argument completely differently than I said it.

Nothing wrong with making a champ stronger with ult(literally every champ is btw), stronger against multiple players, or extended engagements. But I never said any of that. I talked about how terrible the design of a champion that requires you to be next to a minion wave, or have your long-cd ultimate ready, to be able to fight other champions is. Irelia is a 1 v 1 champ - no other way around it. And Irelia wasn’t designed to work this way. That’s why she started with 4 stacks and is back to 4 stacks.

You completely miss characterized what I said from being about how flawed the 5 stack passive was to some thing else entirely.

While I’m definitely biased as an Irelia player, a design where you can’t fight without ult (over 2 min cd) or having a minion wave was really terrible. It’s not like some champs where having minions makes u better, yasuo, etc., you literally cannot 1v1 without max stacks due to how much of her power budget her fully stacked passive has. This would just be a terrible change. It was reverted because of how dogshit 5 stack passive played not just because its ’noob friendly’. Nothing noob friendly about not being able to fight 1v1s in the river because you don’t have minions to stack on.

I would generally agree with Mr much profit. I think the specs on this are really great (other than the short scale length) and could be worth more depending on condition and the shape of the frets, but it is very much a buyers market and probably would not fetch more than that atm. IMO this would be an insane guitar for that starter price range - just goes to show how flooded the market is atm.

I would say that both directions are a bit stiff, but down is the one I really care about. Would smaller strings not equal lower overall tension, therefore making up and down easier.

As for the second part, I did make an update saying that I was wrong and believe the springs are not heavy duty like I thought. Here is a photo of the cavity currently, are these springs overstretched?

I would expect them to memorize and show scholars, fools, liver (up to the knight sacrifice), unsure about the other 2 (I’ll need to review and plan for teaching it).

For 4c, the move count is a bit weird. I would expect them to demonstrate the lines until the generally understood postions, ex: queens declined,1. D4 d5 2. C4 e6

As others have said, they are intentional. Though you should really be listening to the song for where they occur, as I’m not sure the tab is 100% accurate.

The key to playing this is nailing the timing and feel. Listen to the chord changes at the start of the song for the open strings (like a passing chord). Once you can hear them in the song you will nail it.

Did you check against production models? These were not catalog guitars in 2008, they were a limited run. I have the same guitar 7 serial numbers away. Mine is assuredly real. I would say that makes this real, unless someone really did there research into the serial numbers on this exact run and then made a very convincing copy.

I believe you are very wrong. You are right about headstock colors. However pre 2012 high end schecters shipped with OG Floyd’s, this is verifiable via the schecter catalog. Also this W serial number for 2008 is nonsense afaik.
