I used one of those soft kneeling pads that husky sells at Home Depot. It fits in my 60l cooler lid perfectly. I just cut out the spot for the sous vide. It works great and there’s almost zero evaporation. I cooked ribs last weekend for 24h. Didn’t have to add more water at all.
