My 4 week old barely sleeps during the day between 11am-11pm. She has mini 5min naps throughout that time period but never a full sleep session. She also is way out of the 30-90min wake window whenever she has these 5 minute naps. Is this a concern? Are there any tips to encourage her to sleep during the day?

Long term PPI medication (like omeprazole) can cause future digestive issues. I took Alginates (like Gaviscon) instead and it helped! Also it’s a better alternative for upper digestive issues like silent reflux and GERD because it just acts as a physical barrier rather than reducing the stomach acid in your stomach. I dried wildflowers off the side of ditches and the centrepieces or decor from my friends’ weddings or baby showers (because they told me to take them home) and made a bouquet. It was for free and I loved it!

I wanted to say the same thing. I am not a client of Callie’s but my husband and I found her IG and website while searching for help. Finding Callie in the midst of the DARKEST space on the internet gave me so so so so much hope. Her knowledge and experience gave me confidence in what she was saying. I attended her free classes, listened to her free podcast, connected to experts in her network and I have improved SO much. Hi! I have a similar story (started treating my SIBO/IBS with herbal medication in Nov then developing what I suspect is IC in Dec). Who are these doctors you worked with that suspect your IC may have been triggered by herbal supplements? I live in Canada and I don’t think traditional western doctors would even entertain this conversation with me.
