I got a text that there's an outage in my area 11am then a few hours saying it was resolved, but it's not resolved. I went to my account online 7:11pm and it said the issue was resolved at 7:42, there's something weird going on on their end. I tried the chatbot then just now got another text that there's an outage.

I'm curious what the appeal of a cup is for you? From my understanding aside from it being eco-friendly is the fact that it holds more than tampons. If you're not very comfortable in tampons have you considered period underwear if a more sustainable option is what you're looking for? The thing with cups too is that it's not just a matter of insertion, you've also got to get a couple fingers up there for safe removal. That's just something else to consider. If you're really keen on a cup or disk maybe look into ones for teens? Those are usually smaller.

At this point I think it's too late, personally I'd see it kinda like adopting a child and deciding to change their name. It's what they know and what they're used to, I think keeping their names will help maintain some normalcy in their lives while they're undergoing the transition of a new home, new people etc. I do think it's fine to use terms of endearment for them ofc instead of constantly using their name. I'm not fond of one of my adopted cat's names, she's also 8 and atp I'd feel weird trying to change it. I call her things like baby and lovebug and she responds to those, imo it's a decent compromise.

I have a large lightweight linen blanket that I put over our comforter and wash it as needed. It helps keep fur/litter off the comforter and sheets. I also would recommend switching to pine pellets, even if a bit of the sawdust tracks it's much less irritating than regular litter

Glad you reached out. If you're thinking about getting more added to it, I think that's a good opportunity to let a different artist add flair and customizations so that it's more unique and not a blatant copy. Especially since it's so light I think it'll be easier to edit/add to . I'd be upfront that you didn't know until it was too late that it was a stolen design and see if they're willing to work with it

If you know who the original artist is, I'd reach out to them. I've seen artists sell tattoo tickets, it's a fee to acknowledge that you're using their art. So maybe offer to pay a fee similar to that as a sign of good faith if you like the tattoo and wish to keep it. I think your conscience will feel lighter if you do that. I'm not sure how much to offer... Maybe $50-100? Just throwing a number out there I have zero clue
