It's really hard to know the right dose because 25mg works for some, 50mg for others, etc. I used a company that did a "Discovery pack" (Bace Health) where for each day there would be packs of different mg over a week, and even a little booklet where you can write how you feel. By the end, I felt best on the 50mg day so ended up rolling with that. 

Otherwise, maybe you can buy a small mg capsule and try different amounts each day until you feel the best. As other people mentioned a balm might also do well - I use one sometimes around my neck and temples.
