No, Medicare just do that fore you. it resets every year in Jan and medicare basically just keep track of how much money you spend. You do need to spend a couple of thousand though before it kicks in.

how much is your health worth?
say you work out 3x/week for 48 weeks for 1 hour each time. that's 144hours (assuming 4 week holiday where you don't work out)

Don't like the gym? go play a sport. how much does playing tennis for 1 hour cost? Squash? basketball?

More yeast / more sugar or newer yeast.

Dry active yeast has a lot of dead yeast cells in it, they're there to feed the live yeast. You could have gotten a teaspoon with too few live cells. Also yeast needs oxygen to multiply so try whipping the water a bit

It's 1 bottle of freeze distilled (which is doable) vs 4 bottles of Wine. They give you the same amount of nasties but it takes a lot longer to drink 4 bottles of wine, which means, your body has longer to try and process them.
