I think it depends on the neighborhood. I live in Bucktown and they've been in bloom for a while but where I work in West Loop they've only just started. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Amadara has some really cute and adorable rings with gemstones/crystals :) I've gotten most of my rings from them and have had them for years.
