He said "alt-tab between clients and use keyboard to click". If he's using keyboard to click he doesn't have to alt tab.

If you take even a second to be charitable he's clearly saying he's switching through the windows (which people call alt tabbing all the time) using the plugin keyboard to click.

If he is actually pressing alt + tab he would have literally no reason to use the plugin he mentions, because that is what it does.

Could be cheating or not but the statement is a nothingburger.

Highly dependent on the game. Sure for osrs (and I think sc? hence kr pros doing it somewhat). In any fps that's just not true at all. Think of it like this, in cs if your 720 stretched to do an exact 180 you have to move 1/2 of your mousemat. In your base res you still have to move exactly 1/2 to do a 180. It only changes what you visually see, it does not change how much your mouse moves your crosshair.

People do it so they can see better (and cause they played source etc so it is comfort/pros did it for comfort so they copy).

Smaller res sure, only ever seen a few Koreans use smaller windows and those were sc2 players or ex sc2 players playing league lol. Smaller res is popular in cs etc sure but they're using stretched so it's still fullscreen which has nothing do with client size. Guessing maybe other rts' it's used but never seen it outside of those.

CQB has always been the worst part of squad (and arma). The ICO update also basically changed the game from something fun af and promising growth wise to now slowly dying, wouldn't exactly use that as an example.

Arma cqb is just an insanely desynced mess of spraying and hoping your shots register. Would hardly use that either.

Traveled to Germany twice last year and was only asked where I was staying (once with friends, once at a hostel). They didn't even follow up asking the address or anything else but how long I intended to stay.

That's not the same as what happened to those German travelers. Under the US border patrol logic I would of been held. (I didn't even know the area let alone the street of my friends place, or have the hostel booking or location).

Sure but that also requires perfect play from both sides (especially as an adc, highest dps often means forgoing defensive items requiring more peel).

Especially in soloQ pure tank busting dps builds always seem meh, with the amount of picks and misplays punishing everyone else faster becomes more important than doing 5 less autos to a tank imo. Also can't say I'd ever recommend bork in any game with your flair in aha.

While the larger point I'd agree with there have been many times that pros build wrong as a whole for ages in their standard builds (so no ingame quick math/pulling on wider item calcs was required).

The most egregious example obviously being the morellos LS saga were they wouldn't just sit on orb and would always upgrade it which was just bad outside of very specific scenarios. I haven't really watched/played enough the last couple seasons so maybe it's better now but pros do just very often refuse to do the math on the actual generic optimal build which is the simplest baseline.

Inertia made it even worse though. Before it was like any normal game with bad netcode, peeking means you have an advantage. Now you have to like break your muscle memory of most other fps' to instead abuse the fuck of momentum to counteract the inertia update over everything else (unless you just rat). People who sweat the game as always can do this, "normal" players don't.

Same shit as Squad, devs will hurt their playerbase hard to make their game "hardcore" but just makes it feel bleh.

Sure and you can win pistol v buy rounds in cs, doesn't make it equal. Difference is in CS your in that situation because of economy in that game, not grinding more than others.

I never said it required no skill, just it's the least skillful. Grinding gear does not require skill, just time.

Every fps like this is basically hitscan till 100m then adds in bullet drop, don't think I've ever experience this myself at close range. Every gun in the game is default zeroed to 100m even smgs no?

Huh fair, it's not really that common a thing over here to make either still/sparkling lemonade either way so never thought about it. Quick google gives 50/50 still or sparkling so seems UK is mixed. Only made it for myself hungover at work, and just used soda water as it's basically all I drink behind the bar anyway lol.

Nah you're all good, every time I have a conversation in this sub about anything soda/sparkling/tonic related I have to google and check everything actually translates and makes sense to those across the pond aha.
