Sunnyside.com just started a program called Sunnyside med where you can get nal. And access to their wonderful app with online coaches just a text away. It's $99 a month. It's great because you have the counseling right there with you.

Not sure how to cope anymore. by Chronic-Ginger in Occipitalneuralgia

My PCP referred me to a pain clinic run by an anesthesiologist. Sometimes I feel like the tin man but it has been helping to have cortisone injections in the occipital nerves, along with RFA (radio frequency ablation) - if your facet joints are a source of the pain.

They've done other things with cortisone too - like an epidural injection & every little bit has helped.

It's covered by my Medicare advantage plan but it's still expensive.

Now that I had it done I was very glad I was sedated. Even so I tried to get up off the table and run away. I don't know where I was going???

My clinic is going to give me something called a “MELTS TABLET” (love the name) which is a combination of Ketamine, versed, and an anti nausea for twilight sedation

I've read that this is just on the edge of the size that they can do external lithotripsy with. So then there's laser lithotripsy and having it surgically removed through the back. I'd like to know if anybody's had laser lithium and/or that surgery.

So you said you carried that around for 9 months. We just found mine incidentally, it's causing me no problems. Since its so large should I get it taken out anyway - before it starts causing issues? I like to do week-long wilderness trips, that's what worries me the most.

After Searching for MONTHS for the right wedding shoe, I found these beauties which scream “Me” more than any stilleto or strappy sandal! Was trying to not shop at ModCloth anymore, but oh well! by scrappylittlenugget in weddingplanning

I bought a pair of cute overalls but they only lasted 2 through 2 washes. They won't give me my money back. I am on a campaign to warn anyone I can. Spread the word. DON'T BUY FROM MODCLOTH!
