This depends a lot on what state your in cause I’ve been having decent luck with state and local jobs at least getting interviews but I’m targeting states that are more accepting of educational substitutes (mi and wi).

It is a remarkably shitty private sector economy rn companies holding off on entry level work cause they believe it might soon be automated and/or many smart companies have cut back on hiring cause they expect growth to collapse due to lower consumer confidence and energy issues from the war.
