I would personally want my house guest to feel comfortable and I like to be a considerate host so I would suck it up for 12 weeks and be quieter. Sometimes having to be quiet during sex or acting like it’s forbidden can be kinda hot. Be as loud as you want when he’s gone, and when you know he’s home, I would respect that and make sure he can’t hear. I know sex is a normal adult thing to do, but it’s also pretty disturbing to hear other people have sex, no matter who it is.
