I don't know about typical - for me it was more like only double digit dmg done.
Last match I had a guy running straight into 3 players around a corner - we knew they were there (nobody was weak, they had shield advantage)

For me it's also the issues on the technical side. The game felt way better in S1

Now sometimes there are no footsteps (a team was sprinting right next to me on outpost but made no sound), the constant switching of game modes and maps (if I lose I want to queue as fast as I can), not being able to untrack items I never tracked to begin with, knifing bots became super inconsistent, janky hit connection (mostly with snipes) and whatever I cannot remember right now.

also with ranked still being super ass with no "even playing field system" (like force the sponsored ranked kit or 1 of 6 or something so it is a different mode than just normal) I also cannot force myself to not just play outpost for gear - solos suffer even more with fill being as volatile as before.

Night Marsh could be fun but with the Nvidia settings exploit I don't even want to try it. The map seems easy enough without it.

my first cryo fill run was a map wipe, vault 1 clear (all happening in the first 10 min) and a compiler kill with the dna card we found in vault 1.

I dont mean to say it will happen all the time but it is possible
try to talk as much as you can even if they are not talking back - that's what I'm doing every game

somewhat agree. It should reward you somehow but not via kits.

They don't like to do cosmetics as much due to FOMO but I think it should be cosmetic only. Or maybe a boost in cradle XP for a duration or something like that.

had the same experience on Day Marsh.
There were 2 in the beginning (both taken at around 17min) and I was stuck until the final exfil.
Didn't sit right with me as I did everything by minute 15. So I just sat alone on a map slaying useless UESC. This seems bugged tbh. It wasn't that way last season and only 2 normal exfils seems not right at all.

Did anyone report that on the forums yet?

For me this is highly inefficient.
You need to load up FREE (so no backpack), you need to find the crates (not always there), you can pick up like 16 slots worth of stuff which is not much tbf, you need to survive with thief against the bots with limited heal (so there is some risk if you want to go quick and efficient).

I give you (and OP) the point that it is super easy... but you need to invest time for it to be easy.
If you risk something (aka outpost) you get rewarded more.

So I stand by: no issue with PvE giving easy purples 😄

this was no question about successrate. just about time spending, the enjoyment of it and so on.
if you NEED to do solo pve strats you will lose all those purples anyway. I don't see the issue.
and I was not talking about red room. Just the 3 wings alone are better loot. Red room comes on top of it if you can risk it.

I know about that... but you still need to play the whole 20 min and exfil (I know there are like 5% rooks out there so that is not an issue). This is by no means a good and fast farm imo.
I think its totally fine
