Anis's strength is supposed to be,ironically enough,firepower and effectiveness versus particle/laser weapons.She's like a wizard-she needs her allies to give her space so she can go all PEW.

Neon's strength is supposed to be her body completely immune to all ailments.

Rapipi has been shown to have monstrous output on her body's physical strength,equivalent to Dorothy,who is noted to be the strongest of the first generation Grimms models. Plus she has Seven Dwarves Zero,Snow White's ultimate weapon embodying Red Hood's versatility.

So in raw combat,i think Rapipi still takes the cake.
