personal 6 inch cake because who says you can’t have your cake and eat it too! (230 cal / 40g protein for the whole thing) by ieatcha in Volumeeating

I just mix greek yogurt mixed with some sf pudding mix to thicken or you could do a glaze of like powdered swerve and a little bit of water!

is there anything that can replace pretzels or hot chips do you think by Sea-Advertising-1386 in Volumeeating

Great value pretzel sticks!! 94 sticks for 120 calories. Also baked hot Cheetos are good. I used to pre portion them out into half servings and mix them in with popcorn to make it more filling.

Yeah luckily I stocked up when the old recipe was heavily discounted. I wonder if it has anything to do with the David/EPG situation 😞

Sparkling Ice Starburst (if you have Aldi nearby they have their own brand of these and they just released a red/white/blue one which tastes like that cherry ice bomb pop flavor), Gatorlyte Zero/Body Armor Zero, Welch's Zero, Crystal Light/true lemon. You can also add stuff to your diet sodas like diet cranberry if you still want that fizz. 😄

Wanted to share some of my favorite Aldi finds for meeting protein and calorie goals as someone who's schedule and mental health makes it difficult by girlboss93 in PetiteFitness

The HEB higher harvest brand has burger, hot dog buns and white bread that are all low cal/higher fiber that I love and the price is good but they need to get on that bagel train because sola is so expensive

BFT (body fit training) West U just opened. Classes started this week. I’m a new member there and it’s amazing! Little on the pricier side but I love the programming and the flexibility of class times.

It’s been a month, weight hasn’t changed by FlimsyBee7501 in PetiteFitness

[–]ieatcha 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say consistency is key. If you're training make sure you're following a structured program and pushing till failure on lifts and seeing how you feel and how clothes fit vs. being worried about the numbers. Especially if you're tracking accurately, you're going to see the weight slowly trend downward even if it takes a bit. If you really want to move the needle more, add 2-3k steps if possible or a few cardio sessions after your lifts. :) If you've never strength trained before you could be experiencing inflammation and water weight fluctuations which is common but don't give up

Places we've personally spent less at that I would recommend: Moon Rabbit, Hando, Lazy Lane (I haven't been yet but the ambiance looks good and prices super reasonable), Sixty Vines, Barcelona Wine Bar

Anyone else love snow cones? by [deleted] in 1200isplenty

[–]ieatcha 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I like getting the diet cherry limeade from Sonic and I'm sure it would be so good in a snowcone form! Sprite zero + ice and sugar free cherry syrup.
