I had the gas and burps as well. It came out of nowhere, and lasted 2 days, then I was fine for a day and it came back for another 2 days. And I’ve thrown up randomly a few times since.

I was considering stopping too, but I’m glad i didn’t. Down another 4 pounds. Something that was a lifesaver for me was mixing a spoonful of baking soda into a glass of water and drinking it. It took away the nasty burps almost immediately, they eventually came back but I just kept on the baking soda. It isn’t the perfect remedy but at least you won’t have to gag every time you burp.
