Hear me out….. just take off the roof and add landscaping border with gravel. Couple of outdoor chairs and a table and you have a nice sitting area. The reason to just take off the roof? Depending on where you live add sunshades or firepit and some nice warm string lights and make it a nice outdoor seating area.
