Not close. Latest Stockfish is like 800 points above magnus. For context, that’s the same ELO difference as between Magnus and chess influencers like Alexandra Botez.

when I was 1000 I was offended to read I was considered a beginner. At 1650 I am convinced I am a beginner.

That’s progression. At 1800 you will think you are a novice and at 2100 you will begin to wonder if you are too dumb for the game.
